I used to weigh 330 now I am holding on to 168 and my weight goes up a little and down. Take your NEW WAY of life one day at a time... Look at yourself completely naked and look at Whats good about you. Start with your hair and go to face neck etc... Then look really at what you want to improve with a measuring tape in hand. By April you can loose 60-70 pound EASY minus diet pills like drinking LOTS of water...2 oranges at night...No sugar sweet in low and taking charge of you!
