    You don't. You speed up weight loss by switching to a diet richer in fibers and proteins which will make you feel hungry less of the time, which in turn will lead to a slight calorie deficit every day (200-400kcal). Then you will start losing about 0.5 to 2 pounds per week. Pills can't make you eat less (unless you mean extasy pills)

    Sounds like you just need to kick start your metabolism. Try eating five or six times a day rather than two or three. But make the meals much smaller and make sure they are healthy. Or you could just try cutting down your portions and eating more fruits and veggies. Sorry but there is no "magic pill" that will help. Good luck

    Diet pills do not work. The only way is exercise and nutrition. Stop checking the scale so often. The small weight loses will detour you from your diet and exercise. You'll know if your losing weight.
